Shipping Policy

Lexro ships to Australian mainland residential and business street addresses only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, extreme remote areas, or Australian island locations. Please provide a valid mainland street address when placing your order.

Lexro delivers across eligible areas of Australia using Express shipping services to provide fast and reliable delivery.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

2. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped using an Express delivery service. Depending on the destination, we may use Australia Post Express, StarTrack, Toll, Couriers Please, or another suitable courier service.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier network. Delivery to extreme remote areas and Australian island locations is not available.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, delivery location and applicable shipping rates.

4. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mainland Australian street address, including unit or business details where applicable.

6. Delivery Delays

While we work with our courier partners to minimise delays, delivery times may be affected by weather, peak periods, courier network issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
