Need to connect your copper network to a fiber optic cable? The Alloy FCR200SC is a smart solution for extending your 100Mbps Fast Ethernet network. This versatile media converter changes a standard copper network signal into a fiber optic signal, letting you send data much further than with copper cables alone.

The FCR200SC can work in two ways. You can use it by itself as a small, standalone device, perfect for simple connections. Or, if you have a bigger setup, you can easily slide it into an Alloy DCR12 Series chassis, which holds multiple converters. This makes it super flexible for different network needs.

It connects your regular 10/100Mbps RJ-45 (copper) port to a 100Base-FX multimode SC fiber port. This means you can extend your network connections up to 2 kilometers (about 1.2 miles)! It’s a reliable choice for converting UTP/STP copper connections to multimode fiber. Plus, it comes in a strong metal case, ensuring it's durable.
