It's a smart device that sends your computer's keyboard, mouse, video (up to two 5K screens!), and USB signals across a network to a separate workstation. This means you can keep your valuable machines in a secure, temperature-controlled server room while you work comfortably from your desk.

You'll get amazing, crystal-clear 5K video quality (5120 x 2880 @ 30 Hz) on two DisplayPort monitors with virtually no delay. The KX9980 is super flexible, connecting via a standard network cable (RJ-45) or lightning-fast 10-Gbps SFP+ fiber optic modules for distances up to 10 km. It's built for reliability with dual power supplies and can be set up in many ways, including mounting it to a wall or rack.

Designed for demanding environments like air traffic control, traffic management centers, or broadcast monitoring, this KVM over IP solution offers strong security with 256-bit AES encryption. For larger setups, it can easily integrate into a KVM over IP matrix system when combined with our KVM over IP Matrix Manager (CCKM), giving IT admins advanced control and easy setup
