This special daughter board makes it easy to add essential ports, perfect for various business applications, especially in point-of-sale (POS) environments. The POS01 expansion kit provides a dedicated LPT port for legacy printers and four versatile COM ports for connecting important peripherals such as barcode scanners, payment terminals, and other specialized devices.

You'll get a flexible RS232/422/485 COM port, a standard RS232 COM port, and two RJ45 type COM ports that also support RS232/422/485. All these COM ports are highly compatible, supporting devices that operate at 0V, +5V, or +12V.

For retail and commercial setups, the POS01 also includes an RJ11 type DIO port, which is ideal for connecting a cash drawer, allowing seamless integration with your POS system.
