Up to four additional HD3 handsets can be paired, enabling communication across as many as five rooms or zones—ideal for suites, multi‑room accommodations, and extended hotel layouts. Each handset includes its own charging cradle, making placement flexible on bedside tables, desks, or nightstands. The handset features hands‑free mode, mute, call hold, and individually programmable keys for property‑specific functions. Its antibacterial housing helps maintain hygiene standards, while a large LED display notifies guests of calls and messages. Backlit keys ensure usability in low‑light environments. The device is hearing‑aid compatible (HAC), GDPR‑compliant, and supports customizable faceplate inserts for branding or guest instructions. Packed with practical features such as a lithium‑ion battery offering up to 7 hours of talk time and 120 hours of standby, wideband HD audio, and DECT security, the HD3 is designed to enhance the guest communication experience while supporting efficient hotel operations.
