The TP-Link TL-SM321A-2 is a powerful SFP module that helps you extend your network connections over long distances using fiber optic cables. It's a special Bi-Directional (BiDi) module, which means it can send and receive data using just one fiber strand, helping you save on cabling costs.

This module uses the latest 1000Base-BX standard, delivering super-fast Gigabit speeds of up to 1.25 Gbps. You can stretch your network reach up to 2 kilometers (about 1.2 miles) when using standard 9/125 μm Single-Mode Fiber (SMF) cable. It's designed to work with most SFP devices because it’s compatible with the SFP-MSA standard. It also supports Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM), allowing you to easily check on its performance.

A great feature is that it's Hot Swappable, so you can plug it in or remove it without having to shut down your network. With its LC Simplex port type, making connections is straightforward. This TP-Link fiber optic module is a reliable and easy-to-use solution for extending your network between buildings or across larger areas, ensuring stable and high-speed fiber connectivity
