You can extend your high-speed connections up to an impressive 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) using single-mode fiber optic cables. This is ideal for linking buildings, connecting switches across a large area, or handling high-volume data traffic with ease.

The transceiver features a robust MPO-12 Type B APC connector, ensuring a secure and reliable link. To achieve the full 2km range, you'll need OS2 single-mode fiber cable (please note, fiber cable is not included). If you're using OS1 fiber, the range will be up to 500 meters, which is still excellent for many network applications.
