* All Colour Laser/LED MFCs® and Printers
* Monochrome Laser Fax, Printers, and MFCs®
* Desktop Scanners
* Specific model: HL-8360CDW also supports this 2-year warranty.

**Important Details:**
* **Upgrade Window:** This onsite warranty can *only* be added within 30 days of your original product purchase. Don't miss out!
* **Warranty Period:** This upgrade provides two full years of onsite warranty coverage in total. It replaces the standard 12-month return-to-base warranty; it doesn't add an extra two years on top.
* **Registration Required:** To activate your onsite support, you'll need your Brother Printer Serial Number and must register with Brother after purchase.
* **Location:** Onsite service is available to customers within 50km of a major city or 30km in rural areas. Travel charges may apply if you're outside these zones.

**Please Note:**
* A3 and A4 InkJet models are not eligible for this onsite warranty upgrade; they come with the standard 12-month return-to-base warranty.
* The MFC-J6930DW model is also not eligible for this onsite warranty.
